What is a Rights-Managed photo?
A Rights-Managed photo is an image that you purchase the rights to use rather than assign a photographer to shoot. There is a fee based on factors such as how you will use the image, for example, print run, size, placement, duration of use and geographic distribution. The benefit to using a Rights-Managed photograph is that you see the final photo before you license the rights to use it, and the image can be licensed immediately. Can I use the low-resolution preview image(s) for my final artwork?
You may not use low-resolution preview images in any final materials distributed inside or outside of your company or to the public.

What if I cannot find the appropriate photo?
JumpImages can help you find the appropriate photo free of charge through our assisted Image Research . If you prefer custom photos, visit the Photo Assignment page and contact us for a quote.

How do I get detailed information about an photo?
By clicking on a thumbnail image, a larger preview image appears with complete information about an photo, including keywords associated with the image.

Delivery/Returns
How will I get my high-resolution photo(s)?
Jump Images will send a link to your email with information on how to download your high-resolution photo(s) from our site. If you have trouble downloading your purchase please contact customer support.

What is your return policy?
Contact Jump Images within 14 days of the original purchase date to return your purchase. Purchases must not be published to be eligible for return. All purchases are considered final after 14 days. Service fees are non-refundable.

To return a purchase, contact customer support for a product return form and authorization. Return the form and product to the return address on the form provided by customer support. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please contact customer support.

How do I become a contributing photographer for Jump Images?

How long will it take for my application or photos to be reviewed?
Our editors will contact you to submit your photos. Each photo submitted is checked for quality. The approval process may take sever weeks.

How do I use your search engine?
The Jump Images royalty structure depends on both the type of photos provided and their level of exclusivity. These variables will be considered in our offer of an agreement.

Using our Search Engine
Using Operators
Multiple keywords, commas, "&", “and” will all functions as "and" in a search. For example, when searching for "ball, girl", the comma functions as "and" resulting in images that contain both a ball and a girl.
Using the operator “or” allows multiple keywords to be searched at the same time. The result will return images containing any of the keywords listed.

Search Keywords
Our image collection is searchable by assigned keywords. These keywords describe the image by subject, style and concept.
  • Subject: Nouns that identify the main subject of an image, e.g. boat or man.
  • Style: Photographic techniques, e.g. close-up, fish eye, silhouette, horizontal, Specific colors.
  • Concept: Ideas or notions that describe the essence, e.g. discover, surprise, escape, progress.
