Photos from the JumpImages collections are available through a rights-managed or Royalty Free model. Refer to the photo’s detail information for the licensing model related to each photo.

Licensing Photos - Rights-Managed

A rights-managed model means that the license and fee are based on the client’s specific use.

Based on information provided by the client, an photo pricing considers a limited group of variables (including media, size, length of use and geographic coverage), to ensure that you pay exactly for what you will be using—no more no less.

Clients also have the flexibility of licensing certain photos in exclusivity for a determined time, geography or industry if desired.

By purchasing a Rights-Managed photo your agree to the terms of the Rights-Managed License Agreement.

Licensing Photos - Royalty-Free

Royalty-free pricing is based solely on the size of the image needed, not the specific use. You do not pay any additional fees on a use-by-use basis: once you pay the fee for a royalty-free photo, you can use the photo as frequently as you’d like.

By purchasing a Royalty-Free photo your agree to the terms of the Royalty-Free License Agreement.

"Comping" & Preview Use

JumpImages allows low resolution versions of its photos (Comping Files) to be used free of charge. These photos can be used exclusively for noncommercial, sample purposes, for a limited period of time, and are NOT licensed for final products for internal or external use by a person or organization.

If you use a Comping File you are accepting JumpImages’ Comping File License Agreement. Violation of it will result in legal action by JumpImages.
